Ifti is a senior commercial lawyer who joined Marshall Denning in November 2018. With ten years’ experience in the outsourcing, insurance and healthcare sectors, Ifti’s background includes working as legal director at Williams Lea Tag, a global outsourcing group part of the Deutsche Post DHL Group. Prior he spent time at Cardif Pinnacle, the UK insurance arm of BNP Paribas; Elekta, a global radiotherapy equipment manufacturer; Circle, a private hospital company and specialised in commercial healthcare including a secondment to the Department of Health at TPP Law, now Geldards LLP.

Sam is a transactional attorney with a focus on complex commercial transactions. He currently supports IT outsourcing transactions within the healthcare, finance, manufacturing, retail and local government sectors. In addition to providing legal solutions, Sam develops technology and business solutions for his client’s world-wide initiatives.

Dena is a transactional lawyer specialising in negotiating the legal and commercial impact of transitioning people in connection with the performance or cessation of services. She has experience of ITO and BPO in both private and public sectors, including issues associated with public sector and defined benefit pensions.

Antonio is an experienced legal counsel who is result oriented and is used to handle and coordinating large complex IT projects/transactions, both locally and internationally. He is a trusted advisor of senior business management teams in the IT Sector.

Sara is a commercial IT/IP/Outsourcing lawyer with over twelve years post-qualification experience in Australia and the UK, in private practice and in-house. Her experience spans a broad range of high-value transactional work in Technology and Outsourcing, as well as litigation, intellectual property, privacy and employment law. She also has a degree in Computer Science and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Nick leads our legal services teams across the Asia Pacific Region. Prior to joining Marshall Denning, Nick was a Vice President at Hewlett Packard, serving served in various senior legal management roles at Hewlett-Packard in the Asia Pacific region. Nick is also an experienced deal lawyer and negotiator of numerous large IT outsourcing transactions throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Gabriel brings over twenty-five years of legal advisory, negotiation and contracting with an emphasis on (1) software licensing, services and hosting and (2) third party administration regulation, compliance and contracts.

Daniel has worked for the consulting sector during the past twenty years and has experience in structuring, drafting and negotiating a wide variety of complex contracts, including professional services and strategic alliances/corporate partnering. He has provided first-line legal support and advice to business units on risks associated with a wide variety of consulting engagements, including custom software development, implementation of software solutions, e-business and other web-based initiatives.

Timothy is a general corporate and commercial contracts attorney with extensive and diverse in-house and private practice experience analyzing, structuring, negotiating, and closing transactions and providing strategic business advice, focusing on technology products and services.

Kirsten is a transactional lawyer, with a focus on complex IT transactions and has particular experience in drafting and negotiation large contracts in all business sectors. Before joining Marshall Denning, she was Principal Counsel with Computer Sciences Corporation (“CSC”) and supported its business in the Central Region for twenty years.

Ian is a commercial attorney with 17 years of technology and services contracting experience encompassing sales, start-ups, disputes, extensions, and contract wind-down. He has led legal and contracting teams across the Americas, Europe and Africa with a focus on team excellence aligned with our client’s business results. Ian recently returned to Colorado from a two year leadership assignment in London.

Dimitar is a commercial lawyer with a focus on both public and private sector transactions in French and Russian speaking countries. He is member of the Privacy and Data Protection team since its Bulgarian establishment. As part of this team, Dimitar is engaged daily in various data privacy matters . Dimitar holds a second LL.M. in Management of Organizations from Paris-Sud University, France.

Alexander is an international lawyer with experience in European Union, international, and IT law. His role as Counsel at Marshall Denning is to provide support for Italy, advising the business on legal matters and reviewing various documentation. Alexander also supports deals in the Netherlands and is actively involved in the Ethics and Compliance Office's Due diligence and Anti-corruption activities. Alexander studied in four different countries (England, France, Netherlands and Italy) before obtaining his LL.M. in law from the University of Utrecht, Netherlands. Notably, he speaks several languages , enabling him to add value in the international team of Marshall Denning.

Nikolay is a corporate and transactional attorney specializing in, technology . He has an extensive and diversified professional experience in international law firms as well as in-house positions at commercial banks, investment intermediaries and asset management companies. Nikolay’s role as Counsel at Marshall Denning includes overseeing commercial transactions as well as managing a wide range of corporate matters . Nikolay holds an LL.M. in European and International Business Law from University of Vienna and a post-graduate qualification in U.S. Intellectual Property Law from Stanford University Law School.

Ivan is a lawyer with experience including pharmaceutical, European Unio, and IT law. His current role as Counsel at Marshall Denning includes providing legal support for Spain and Spanish-speaking countries, business advice and legal review of contractual documents. He also supportsSouth America for certain tasks . Ivan holds an LL.M. in Law and Public Administration from the University of Seville, and a post-graduate qualification in European Studies from the University of Seville.

Tim is a results-driven corporate attorney with extensive and diversified in-house and private practice experience providing strategic business advice and representation on sophisticated commercial transactions as well as managing and supporting a wide range of other corporate matters.

Michael is a senior attorney with over twelve years of experience advising clients in complex technology, corporate, finance and P3 transactions. Leveraging his multi-disciplinary background, Michael always provides informed, thoughtful and business-minded counsel to his clients. Prior to joining Marshall Denning, Michael was in private practice at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and was in-house counsel at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Nicolas is a commercial IT/IP/Outsourcing lawyer with over eighteen years post-qualification experience, in private practice and in-house. Prior to joining Marshall Denning, Nicolas spent 10 years at Accenture with a proven track record in negotiating complex technology and outsourcing transactions as lawyer and business development director. He focuses on delivering innovative and business-oriented contracting solutions to clients.

Ty is a transactional lawyer bringing extensive experience in analyzing, structuring, negotiating a wide-range of large-scale, complex IT outsourcing agreements with middle-size and international clients, but also in providing strategic business advice, focusing on technology products and services. One of Ty’s core discipline is as well mediation and dispute resolutions on complex matter with difficult clients. Ty joined the Legal Department of Hewlett Packard in 2011 before transferring to Marshall Denning in 2017.

Ivelina Manchorova is a commercial lawyer with more than 16 years of experience in the information technology and investment industry. Ivelina leads the Marshall Denning legal services team in Bulgaria, which consists of an impressive number of professionals educated in some of the most prestigious universities in the UK, The Netherlands, France, Sweden, Norway, Germany, Austria, Poland, USA, Spain, Italy and Bulgaria . Prior to joining Marshall Denning, Ivelina was Lead for CSC’s Commercial and Legal Shared Services Center based in Bulgaria, supporting Iberian and Latin American transactions. Her experience also includes her work as an in-house lawyer with the Spanish investment group Grupo Arborea, overseeing the legal compliance of the company’s activities, including structuring shareholder relationships and joint ventures, and choosing optimal cost and tax efficient solutions for given transactions. Ivelina also has experience in real estate and contract law, property and facility management, labor and tax law, and investment planning and financing. Prior to Grupo Arborea, Ivelina had a leading role in an international company negotiating deals with some of the biggest retail chains in Europe. Ivelina is member of the Sofia Bar, holds a Master’s degree in Jurisdiction from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, and is fluent in Spanish, English and Bulgarian. She is also an CCM Advanced Practitioner with IACCM since 2017.

Jeremy is a senior Contracts and Commercial Manager with more than 15 years of experience with large multinational IT transactions. He provides practical, strategic commercial and legal advice with a focus on creating commercial agreements that promote positive long-term business relationships by managing risk and enabling growth.

Gilbert is a senior IT and BPO sourcing lawyer and business adviser with a proven track record in negotiating and facilitating complex technology and sourcing/outsourcing transactions which deliver predictable and sustainable value on both sides of the deal table. He has been responsible for the successful contract development and negotiation of some of the biggest IT and BPO sourcing deals seen in the industry across a range of disciplines, including application development and maintenance, infrastructure, human resources and finance and accounting with contract values up to USD 3bn plus.

Martin is an international corporate attorney focusing on commercial and IT transactions. He has more than 15 yrs of hands on experience in dealing with the complexities of doing business in Latin America. Martin served as the Legal Director for Latin America for a 500 fortune company before joining Marshall Denning in May 2017.

Connie is a transactional attorney with experience in outsourcing, software licensing and cloud business and product unit support.

Caryn is a Legal Director and negotiates complex commercial transactions. She has extensive experience in outsourcing in the communications and technology fields and currently specializes in the banking and financial sectors.

Jean-Gabriel is a senior global transactional lawyer, focusing on software licensing and services and currently supporting the LATAM region for Marshall Denning as well as other regions where his expertise and experience require it. Jean-Gabriel has lived, worked and been educated in France, Japan, Chile, Egypt and the U.S.

Robert is a commercial lawyer, who has extensive private practice and corporate experience, including in large global ICT companies. He has successfully led landmark ICT deals involving state governments and publicly listed organisations.

Dayan is a Lead Counsel in the Major Transactions team. He has more than 20 years experience focusing on technology and telecommunications transactions and intellectual property. He was a senior transactions lawyer at DXC and prior to that a Special Counsel at a leading law firm before joining Marshall Denning.

John is a senior transactional attorney with over 30 years' experience negotiating both the business and legal aspects of complex information technology agreements in North America, Europe and Australia. His experience also includes managing a regional team of attorneys and leading virtual teams to close complex commercial transactions.

Hamil is a commercial outsourcing and information technology specialist with over twenty years of experience of large-scale domestic and international transactions. Hamil has had a diverse career in the IT industry, working at Elonex PLC, legal counsel at Capgemini, acting as general counsel for The Cloud Networks (now part of Sky), corporate attorney at McAFee, senior legal counsel for Capita PLC, and finally as UK Head of Legal for Xchanging PLC (now part of DXC.Technology).

Cécile is a transactional IP/IT lawyer with over 12 years of experience as an attorney and in-house counsel. She is registered with the Paris bar since 2007 and has developed substantial experience in IT contract law, litigation, and intellectual property. Prior to joining Marshall Denning, Cécile spent 9 years at an IP/IT law firm and 3 years at Accenture. Her role at Marshall Denning, to deliver strategic and business-oriented solutions to clients, truly combines her previous experience working as an attorney for various industry-leading technology companies. 

As a senior level team-oriented and solution-focused counsel, experienced in various sectors and industries, Kathie successfully guides clients utilizing initiative, targeted strategy, collaboration, leadership and creativity. Working with organizations worldwide, Kathie employs and leverages these attributes to achieve the “win-win”.

Graeme is a senior commercial negotiator specialising in large scale outsourcing deals. His expertise includes private and public sector and international covering "as a service" and traditional infrastructure, application and business process outsourcing.
