Sylvain is Vice President of Enterprise Legal Services at Marshall Denning. He joined the firm in 2017, with responsibility for the UK and European integration and management of the legal and commercial team joining UnitedLex / Marshall Denning from DXC Technology as part of DXC’s groundbreaking legal service outsourcing project with UnitedLex. In 2018 Sylvain moved from that role into a strategic position supporting innovation and business development for the joint go-to-market activities of Marshall Denning and UnitedLex’s Digital Contracting and Commercial Solutions (DCCS) division.

Prior to joining UnitedLex, Sylvain worked at both small and global technology companies in senior management roles, developing a special focus on transformational projects for the legal function.

Sylvain is a UK-qualified solicitor, starting his career as a corporate and commercial lawyer working for UK law firms Osborne Clarke and then Clifford Chance, and specializing in technology and intellectual property matters.
